Welcome to the TVI Pacific Securities Litigation Settlement Website.
This site provides information concerning the TVI Pacific Settlement Fund, created
by the settlement of a securities case brought by plaintiffs in a class action initiated in the Superior Court of Justice in Ontario and Quebec. Within this site, you will find detailed
information about the settlement, how to file a claim, eligibility for participation
and distribution and answers to frequently asked questions.
The total settlement is $2,100,000 in cash plus accrued interest. The settlement
will be distributed to those eligible investors who purchased or otherwise acquired
certain TVI Pacific Inc. securities during the settlement class period and who qualify
for payment under the Court-approved Distribution Protocol. Class Counsel in the Litigation are Siskinds, LLP, and its affiliate Siskinds Desmeules s.e.n.c.r.l.
Please note that the deadline to file a proof of claim and release in this matter is January
18, 2010. Any and all claims received after such date will be late and may be barred
